Foothill Properties has established itself as a leader in the design and development of new subdivisions in the Eastern Idaho area. Founded in 1997 by George McDaniel, Foothill has earned respect throughout Eastern Idaho by creating quality communities that add value for both the residents of the developments and the areas surrounding them. The focus of the company has been to provide high quality residential communities that enhance the natural beauty of their respective environments and improve the communities surrounding them.

Foothill Properties cares about the community in which we work and live. We specialize in developing premium properties in multi-phase communities. This allows us to enjoy a long-term presence in the communities that we serve. When evaluating a new site we meet with local leaders and residents of the area to discuss community needs and preferences. We then work with engineers and local government agencies to formulate the development plan that best fits the area and complements the surrounding environment.

Some notable projects include QuailRidge Estates, The Cottages, and Stone Arbor. We are currently working on new divisions in QuailRidge Estates and new developments in Founders Pointe, The Reserve, BlackHawk Estates, and Iron Rim Ranch.
